From Mitcham to a property business
Hi everyone, I’m Davon Quinn, founder of Quinn Premier Properties. I spent nine years living in Mitcham with my aunt, uncle and little sister before moving to Swanley at 22 to experience life more independently. I quickly learned just how expensive life can be, which is something they don’t prepare you for in school!
When I turned 25, I had a realisation: I needed to escape the rat race and find a way to make a meaningful impact, especially here in the UK. I didn’t have the capital to make big moves right away, but someone gave me a copy of Rich Dad Poor Dad. That book completely changed the way I viewed assets and liabilities.
It was also the first book I’d read since school, and I genuinely enjoyed it. It sparked my passion for property investment and set me on the path that led to building Quinn Premier Properties.

Building something that gives back
My long-term goal is to grow Quinn Premier Properties into a business that can eventually support a charity focused on helping the homeless, starting in London and then reaching across the UK. I want to leave behind a legacy that future generations can remember and build upon.
That ambition shapes how we work today: treating every landlord, investor and occupant with the professionalism and care we would want for ourselves.
